When will my order be shipped?
Because our candles are handmade and we have an large number of orders on a daily basis, our processing time changes often. Be sure to look at the top of the website to view most up-to-date processing times.
Our standard processing time is not guaranteed, and under some circumstances, it may take longer than the expected number of business days.
Custom candles will take additional time.
Can I order a Custom Candle?
We do customs very often!
If you would like a custom, we have a "Create Your Own" Candle listing that restocks when they are available as we only accept a certain number per week.
Our processing time for customs is 3-4 weeks.
