Shipping & Processing

OUR CRAFTING PROCESSING TIME:

As all of our products are made to order, please take into consideration our processing time to craft your items prior to shipping.

Items are expected to ship around 3-4 weeks of payment, unless otherwise stated at the top of our website or via Instagram, or due to inclement weather. We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, primarily in the order that they arrive!

We will do our best to have it sent in time but cannot make any guarantees. If we are certain it cannot be delivered by requested date, we will reply to let you know.***

EU / UK CUSTOMERS:

EU / UK ORDERING can only be placed via Etsy at this time due to newest VAT requirements. If you would like a custom order created on Etsy, please send us a Direct Message on Etsy with your requested products and sizes and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

SHIPPING CARRIER PROCESSING TIME:

Domestic Shipping: We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service and UPS. On average, USPS takes 3-7 days for domestic (USA) ground advantage packages, and 2-3 days for domestic priority packages. USPS may have delays due to inclement weather or holidays, so be sure to take that into consideration for shipping times.

International shipping can take anywhere between 15-40 days in transit  depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. USPS will typically take the longest to arrive, and UPS would be shortest time in transit. Please provide a phone number on your order's shipping information as this is required for most international shipping companies. Failure to do so may result in delayed or returned packages. Customs fees may apply, and is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for keeping up with their countries restrictions and ban on specific imports.

All orders come with a tracking number; once the package is in the hands of USPS, any losses are out of our control. Moreover, if your package is stolen from your home after delivery, we will not be liable. Priority packages are insured. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us via email! We do not accept cancellations on orders after 48-hours of placing the order. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact your nearest post office and provide the tracking number to them so they can give you their status with the package.
